Cancellation and Refund Policy

 

Thank you for booking with us! We aim to provide the best service and experience for all of our customers. Please take note of our cancellation and refund policy:

1. Cancellations with 48 Hours Notice:

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled activity will be fully refunded.
• Refunds will be processed within 3-7 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.

2. Late Cancellations (Less Than 48 Hours):

• If a cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the scheduled activity, no refund will be issued.

3. No-Show Policy:

• If you do not show up for the activity you have booked, no refund will be provided.

4. Adverse Weather Conditions or Other Circumstances:

• In case of adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances, we may offer the option to reschedule your activity.
• Depending on the situation and the companies we work with, we may also offer a refund. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
