Cancellation and Refund Policy

- Cancellations with 48 Hours Notice:
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled activity will be fully refunded.
- Refunds will be processed within 3-7 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
- Late Cancellations (Less Than 48 Hours):
- If a cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the scheduled activity, no refund will be issued.
- No-Show Policy:
- If you do not show up for the activity you have booked, no refund will be provided.
- Adverse Weather Conditions or Other Circumstances:
- In case of adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances, we may offer the option to reschedule your activity.
- Depending on the situation and the companies we work with, we may also offer a refund. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
