Description
Important Booking Information:
• Children under 5 years old are not allowed.
• Bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
• Group flights (sunrise & sunset) allow a maximum reservation of 8 seats.
• We require the name and weight of each passenger.
• Passengers over 100 kg must purchase two tickets.
• We also need the mobile phone number and email of the person making the booking.
Flight Confirmation & Timing:
• We will contact clients the day before to confirm:
• Weather conditions
• Meeting point & time
• Flight times:
• Morning flights: Between 6:30 AM and 7:00 AM
• Evening flights: Between 6:00 PM and 8:30 PM
Minimum Group Requirement:
• A minimum of 5 adults (excluding children) is required for the flight.
• The flight may be canceled if the minimum group size is not met.
Meeting Point & Weather Conditions:
• The meeting point depends on wind direction:
• Morning flights: Sant Llorenç, Manacor, Petra, etc.
• Afternoon flights: Cala Millor, Arta, Sant Llorenç, etc.
• If the flight cannot take place, we will offer an alternative date or provide a 100% refund.
